ERMA SEEDS (“we”, “our”) is an Egyptian private limited company in agricultural seed import and distribution. This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it deliberately short because we collect deliberately little.

What we collect

Contact form. If you write to us through the form on the Contact page, we receive the details you type: your name, email address, subject, message, and — only if you choose to provide them — phone number and company name.

Technical logs. Our hosting provider automatically records basic request information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. We use no analytics trackers, no advertising pixels, and no tracking cookies on this site.

How we use it

• To answer your inquiry and follow up on it — that is the only reason the contact form exists.
• To protect the website against abuse (rate limiting, spam filtering).

We do not sell personal data, share it with advertisers, or use it for automated profiling.

Where it goes

Contact form messages are delivered to our business mailbox, and an encrypted copy is kept with our website host so we can manage inquiries over time; a periodic summary of submissions is compiled for our staff. In practice your data is handled by three service providers on our behalf: our website host (Vercel), our email delivery service (Resend), and our mailbox provider (Google Workspace). Each processes the data only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

Contact messages stay in our business mailbox for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.

Your rights

Under Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (No. 151 of 2020) and similar laws elsewhere, you may ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@ermaseedseg.com and we will respond promptly.

Security

The site is served exclusively over encrypted connections (HTTPS), applies strict browser security policies, and limits and sanitizes what the contact form accepts.

Children

This website is intended for commercial farmers and business partners; it is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes
